-Symboloo allows you to save time by accessing all of your favorite websites from one place.
-It uses symbols and icons similar to that of an Iphone or IPad that kids are becoming ever so familiar with.
-You are able to customize the icons, allowing you to directly link to the games and pages you want your children to visit.
-You can build different webmix pages to follow your curriculum and units.
I plan on using this in my classroom to set up a reading and math webmix that I can leave up on my whiteboard and classrooms computers. My hope is that the children will become familiar with the various pictures and will be able to move back and forth between different games with ease. Often kids get finished with a game or activity sooner than their peers and this will enable them to continue on task working and exploring.
